Shipping policy

At ROZ Health (a consumer wellness brand owned by Nutribloom Health Private Limited) we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, reliable, and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the dispatch and delivery of products purchased through our platform.

1. Serviceable Areas:

We currently offer shipping services across the entire territory of India, including metropolitan cities, towns, and rural pin codes. All deliveries are carried out via our logistics partner, Delhivery, and are subject to the serviceability of your area by Delhivery. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you attempt to place an order to a location outside our courier’s service network, you will be notified during the checkout process when entering the shipping address.

2. Order Processing Time:

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after we receive successful payment confirmation. (Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.) Please note that during periods of high order volume – such as promotional events or festival sales – processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 days. We will keep you informed of any expected delay in order processing during such peak periods.

3. Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer than deliveries to major urban areas.

4. Shipping Charges:

As our company currently retails only a single product, we do not have a minimum order value for free shipping. Instead, a nominal shipping fee applies to each order. Shipping fees start at approximately ₹35 within Gujarat (the exact amount depends on the delivery zone). For other states and regions, shipping charges may vary and are determined by our courier partner at the time of dispatch. The exact shipping charge for your order will be shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s real-time status. If your order contains more than one unit and our inventory distribution requires shipping items from different warehouses or at different times, we may ship the items in separate packages. In such cases, you will be notified of the multiple consignments and provided with separate tracking links for each package.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice if they are unable to reach you on the first attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the shipment will be marked as undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package and confirm the non-delivery, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method. No restocking fees or logistics charges will be deducted from your refund in such cases.

7. Packaging and Handling:

We take utmost care to ensure that every order is packed securely and efficiently. All shipments are dispatched using tamper-evident, sturdy packaging that safeguards your product and reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility. We strive to protect your items from damage in transit and to maintain the integrity of each product until it reaches you.

8. Delays and Exceptions:

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timelines, there may be unforeseen delays. If your order is delayed beyond our standard delivery window (5 to 7 working days from dispatch), we may send you a proactive update via WhatsApp or email as a courtesy. Please understand that delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — such as courier network issues, natural disasters, strikes, public unrest, or other force majeure events — do not fall under our liability. In certain exceptional cases (for instance, delivery addresses in remote or unserviceable pin codes), our logistics partner may not be able to fulfill the shipment within normal timeframes or at all. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be serviced by the courier, or to extend the delivery timeline after consulting with you. Customers will be notified of any such
exceptions either at the time of order placement (if our system detects an issue with the provided pin code) or through subsequent communication (email, SMS, or WhatsApp).

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are based on delivery zones and may vary. In cases where a delivery address falls in a remote or unserviceable area, we reserve the right to cancel the order or extend the delivery timeline at the discretion of our courier partner (Delhivery). Customers will be informed of such situations either during order placement or via follow-up communication (email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
  • Liability: ROZ Health is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partner issues, force majeure events, natural calamities, public disturbances, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Non-Delivery Protocol: In the event an order is not delivered after two attempts by the courier, the package will be returned to us and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method, with no deductions for shipping or handling fees.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with ROZ Health, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Shipping Policy and the above Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer. You thereby waive any claims for delivery-related disputes that fall outside the scope of these terms.
