From Struggle to Solution: My Journey to Roz.
I’ve struggled with iron deficiency since I was 16. Every time I tried the usual, GP-prescribed supplements, I’d face stomach aches and constipation, so I’d stop. At 25, when I moved to Mumbai for work, things got worse. Long hours and stress led to dangerously low iron levels, fatigue, hair loss, and constant exhaustion. After a severe reaction to an Iron IV, I knew something had to change.Talking to friends, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many women were silently battling iron, D3, and B12 deficiencies without the right solutions. This led me to create Roz, a brand built on the belief that women deserve better health support, not just when things go wrong, but every single day.
