real women, real results.
My energy levels were just soooooo low every single day and then I started taking it and I really noticed a change at the end of the day. So it’s definitely really helping me- and there have been 2-3 days where I’ve forgotten to take it and I've been able to tell that my energy was just comparatively lower. Super helpful! Will be ordering my second batch soon!
I have been taking this regularly for 2 months now i see tue dufference with my tiredness, brain fog and sleep issues. I am yet to check my heamoglobin level but i seriously feel its helping me
Last year, my blood tests showed that my iron levels and haemoglobin had dropped. My haemoglobin was at 11.5 g/dL, so I started taking Roz Iron Up daily along with a glass of ABCA (apple, beetroot, carrot, and amla) juice.
After about four months, I repeated my blood tests and was happy to see my haemoglobin improve from 11.5 to 12 g/dL.
I've continued taking Roz Iron Up ever since because it has worked well for me. Unlike some iron supplements, it hasn't caused constipation, and I've also noticed healthier menstrual flow. Overall, it's been a positive addition to my routine.
I deal with anemia along with PCOS, so I’m quite particular about the supplements I take, and this one has worked well for me without any side effects. It’s easy to stay consistent with it, which matters a lot. I’ve genuinely liked my experience enough to recommend it to people around me too.
Iron Up has been much easier on my stomach compared to other iron supplements I’ve tried before. A lot of them left me constipated, so I was a little hesitant initially. My ferritin levels were low and hair fall had become a major concern for me, which is why I thought of finally giving iron up a try and its honestly been great. I take it wit with Vitamin C tablets and it’s fit quite smoothly into my routine.
